Bots persist conversation state and entitlements in Postgres, so they enforce subscription tiers, resume multi-step flows after a drop, and act as a real product surface rather than a command echo.
Safe inbound webhooks
Every inbound provider event is signature-verified and made idempotent with dedup keys, so a retried or replayed delivery never double-sends, double-charges, or corrupts a thread.
